Aletha has over 20 years experience in the mental health and substance abuse field. She has worked in areas ranging from counselor to clinical director, and has experience in a variety of milieus to include outpatient, day treatment, inpatient, substance abuse programs, and home-based services. Aletha's areas of expertise are depression/bi-polar, anxiety, addiction and recovery, diversity issues, relationship issues, anger/stress management, impulse control, self-esteem and empowerment, LGBTQ+, lifestyle changes and adjustments, women's issues, trauma, and codependency.
